team which seeks to bring multiple voices to a topic and anchors these through a series of questions, responses and reflective statements. \u00a0\u00a0We are using this approach to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Model the practice of adding a pedagogic wrapper to video-based content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Tackle conversations that are at the heart of our ADD portfolio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop a range of resources that can be used by staff and students to trigger \u2018important\u2019 conversations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: sans-serif\">This is a community of practice which represents individuals who work and lead in the digital space across the University.\u00a0 This group seeks to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">generate a shared understanding of the current work and future plans in the \u2018digital\/online
