Starting in November 2020 and working alongside our wider services and events, built on a legacy of expertise in race equality, our EDI Workshops, Diversifying Leadership programme and EDI Conference 2021 aim to offer practical advice, guidance, policy information, frameworks and toolkits to support positive change within institutions in areas such as race equality, challenging privilege, dignity and respect and, ultimately, addressing barriers to career development and progression experienced by minority ethnic staff.
