Digital Confidence Courses for 2019
Course 1 – Face to Face (f2f) – for those of you who are really struggling and would value ring-fenced, face to face time and space as part of a small group.
Course 2 – Flexible online – for those of you who feel you’re coping with technology but its not an enjoyable experience. You will have guided space and time to suit but as part of a learning community.

Module assessment criteria, performance indicators and rubrics
During October 2018, workshop and drop-in sessions were held for academic staff in producing module assessment criteria and translating them into performance indicators for inclusion in an assessment rubric. Support was also available on how to create rubrics in Blackboard. These included:

- Creating Well-Formed Assessment Criteria drop-in sessions

Spotlight on Digital events
Throughout July 2018, the Digital Capability Team in LEAD ran their Spotlight on Digital workshops, highlighting the principles and techniques, including topics such as why digital technology is an important part of the Applied University, how you currently use (or don’t use) technology in your existing practice, your rights and responsibilities online, how and why to make your content more accessible to people with disabilities, and how to preserve your wellbeing in the flood of online information.
