Join the inaugural event hosted by the new Hallam Guild Group, ‘Digital Leadership Guild’ on Thursday 17 December from 12:30 -13:30.
The Digital Leadership Guild is an open forum that aims to explore what digital leadership means, for staff and students, for the ways we work and learn and how we look to the future as an institution. These micro, meso and macro experiences are explored through conversation. If you would like to join this group, please see the group’s page on the Hallam Guild website.
This first online event welcomes Melissa Heighton who is the Assistant Principal for Online Learning at University of Edinburgh in Scotland and Director of Services for Learning, Teaching and Web. She is the strategic lead for the University’s digital and distance learning and the many educational technology tools which have transformed the new normal for higher education. With many years’ experience in digital leadership, Melissa will talk about how universities respond to crisis and business continuity with creativity and care.
