Key Learning Points

The model presented offers a simple, evidence based, highly accessible and easy to understand approach to dealing with challenging behaviours in the classroom. It is particularly useful for group learning situations and one to one meeting management as well as higher stress situation. Based on the powerful human strength of compassion, this session can open the door to beginning to understanding our human responses to every day, as well as one-off, irritations, frustrations and challenges.
