News: Microbiome research within Sheffield: SHU and TUOS collaboration

As part of a collaboration between:

  • Centre for Behavioural Science and Applied Psychology (CeBSAP)
  • Department of Psychology, Sociology and Politics – SHU
  • Sheffield Institute of Translational Neuroscience (SiTRaN) – University of Sheffield

we have developed a collaborative microbiome research partnership based on our ongoing work with PD patients and the microbiome at SHU and their specialism with the MND condition and their technical DNA sequencing expertise.

Sheffield Microbiomics Symposium

The Department of Neuroscience will be hosting a one-day event to bring together local researchers investigating aspects of the microbiome. If you would like to attend the symposium please express your interest on our Google Form.
